The atmosphere was nice, the employees were friendly and helpful, the restaurant was very clean, the prices are beyond fair and the drinks and treats are delicious.

Delicious coffee, with Decaf available! Incredibly fast service with at least two employees working. I had the taro coffee, small, Decaf, with boba, and my partner had a Strawberry milk tea with cheese foam. Air quality could be better, very few people inside and air quality was over 1000, ideally it should be under 1000.

I love coming to work in such a pretty atmosphere of Pearl! The drinks are beautiful too and look like art and they taste just how they look! I really appreciate this place for everything it has to offer! The staff and owner are so kind!

Cute Coffee & Tea shop. I was happy to find they have a huge selection of sugar free flavors (15!) a well as a nice variety of pastries. They also have festive themed cups!

My husband and I came over here for an afternoon date, and it was an awesome experience! I ordered a taro milk tea with lychee jelly and it was fantastic! The service was great, the restaurant was spotless, and decorated very beautifully. Good music also😊

Every time I come here, the staff is always so kind and welcoming. The drinks are consistently delicious, and I can always count on them being made well. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, which makes it one of my favorite spots to stop by. I’ve never had a bad experience here—always a great one. Highly recommend!

Came here from Mass. Got green tea taro (7/10), strawberry cloud matcha (10/10), waffle with strawberries and chocolate (10/10). Everything looks so cute and delicious✨ They got such a cute design for cups for a Valentine’s Day💗🎀 The atmosphere and design of cafè are sooooo beautiful, looks pretty clean🪄. Stuff is very nice and polite🫶🏼

This is one of the nicest coffee shops I’ve been to! Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about their food and drinks! Bailey made my drink and it was the best iced coffee I’ve had in my life (I’m an avid coffee drinker so that says a lot!)! I even got one to go after dining in! Also had the cheese danish which was warm and delicious!! Will definitely be making this one of my weekly, if not daily, stops! Highly recommended, you have to try it! 🩵

We had such a great experience at Pearl Tea & Coffee! My wife and I live about 10 minutes away and can’t believe this was my first time stopping in. She got an iced white mocha latte with cold foam (decaf), and I ordered the iced Tiramisu Coffee and a Vietnamese Coffee. If you’re someone who actually loves the taste of coffee, do yourself a favor and try the Vietnamese Coffee. It’s super strong and rich but somehow not bitter at all — just smooth and bold. So good. Tiramisu was strong, milky, with a hint of salted caramel in the cold foam, with some cinnamon on top. White Mocha was sweet and milky with a good bit of coffee flavor to it as well, but I only had one sip. I noticed a couple people get the white mocha drink while we were enjoying ours, and a couple people got the London Fog drink and said it was very good as well. Prices are right in line with Starbucks (maybe even a little cheaper), and the quality is honestly excellent. They also have a big variety — teas, blended drinks, pastries, desserts, snacks, and even options for kids like milk, Yoo-hoo, and juice boxes. The space is awesome too. There’s indoor and outdoor seating, and the open layout makes it feel roomy and comfortable, even when it’s busy. Easy 10/10. If you’re anywhere near North Canton, it’s definitely worth the stop!
